How billing works
Paid plans renew monthly in US dollars, charged by card through Stripe for the whole business. There is no free trial; Free Audit is how you try LoopLens. If a payment fails, monitoring continues for 7 days while you update your card.
Changing or cancelling
Change plans or cancel from Billing in the app, which opens the Stripe customer portal. A cancelled paid plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Moving to a smaller plan does not disconnect inboxes you already connected, but you cannot connect more than the plan allows.
