Operational model

LoopLens watches for waiting customers, not workflows to take over.

It flags customer inquiries where the business has not replied within your threshold.

1. Read the thread state

Once a day, LoopLens reads message headers and Gmail's short message snippets: who wrote last, when, and whether the business replied.

2. Decide if it is stale

AI checks whether the thread is a real customer inquiry. Then a fixed rule applies: if the business replied, or the customer has waited less than your threshold (48 hours by default), it is not flagged. Otherwise it is.

3. Show the evidence

Each flagged thread gets an evidence page with the reason and a link to open it in Gmail. On a paid plan, the owner gets an email during business hours saying how many leads are flagged.

Detection should feel boringly legible.

The AI only decides whether a thread is a real customer inquiry. A plain time rule decides whether it waited too long. Each scan covers mail from the last 30 days that is at least 2 days old, and nothing ever goes to the customer.

Review the evidence first. Ongoing monitoring is available if a paid plan fits your team.
